A Life Dedicated to Empowerment and Growth

For over 35 years, I have dedicated my life to education, nurturing young minds and fostering growth. As an educationist, I’ve built and led institutions that shaped countless futures. But about four years ago, a spark ignited within me—a desire to venture beyond the familiar and embrace a new path. This journey took me into the world of content creation, where I began sharing my insights on personal development, astrology, numerology, meditation, chakra healing, and manifestation. It was an unexpected yet deeply fulfilling turn, connecting me with a diverse audience and allowing me to impact lives in ways I hadn’t imagined.

However, every new beginning comes with its share of challenges. As a school principal, I was accustomed to delegating tasks and relying on a team for execution. Technology was a realm I had never needed to explore deeply. But when I decided to start my YouTube channel, I found myself in uncharted waters—alone and starting from scratch.

I still remember the first hurdle vividly: I didn’t even know how to create a YouTube channel. A friend and her young son helped me set it up using a new email ID, and I uploaded my very first video from her house. That small yet significant step marked the beginning of a journey filled with learning curves.

Recording videos, structuring content, and uploading onto YouTube—every task felt monumental. Armed with just a diary and pen, I committed to learning one new skill every day. I watched tutorials, attended workshops, and sought advice wherever I could find it. I was a one-woman army, determined to overcome every obstacle.

I’ll never forget attending an event where a young content creator shared his story with confidence and pride. Watching him, I thought, If he can do it, why can’t I? That moment became a turning point. Drawing on my years of teaching experience, I realized I had the resilience and creativity to succeed in this new world.

Over time, I built a small team of like-minded individuals. None of us were experts, but together, we learned and grew, turning each challenge into an opportunity. Today, I lead a team of eight passionate individuals, and our journey has been nothing short of transformative.

Entrepreneurship added another layer to this incredible adventure. Launching my own brand of healing crystals brought its own set of trials. From building a website and handling orders to packaging and shipping, every step was a lesson. I’ll never forget the first shipment we prepared. The courier asked for a barcode, and we had no idea what he meant! With his guidance, we figured it out, and that experience became yet another stepping stone in our growth.

These challenges, whether in content creation or business, have taught me resilience and adaptability. Today, I’m proud of what we’ve built—a thriving brand, a dedicated team, and a platform that reaches millions. Along the way, I’ve achieved milestones that were once dreams: earning Silver and Gold YouTube Play Buttons, winning the ₹1 Crore Champion Award as a Digital Coach, and successfully launching and scaling my entrepreneurial venture in my 50s.

Beyond this, I’ve had the privilege of establishing and running five renowned schools in Gurgaon and publishing over 50 school books on life skills and value-based education, earning national and international acclaim.

Looking ahead, my vision continues to grow. My mission to transform 1 million lives has expanded to 10 million, with a focus on guiding individuals toward spiritual growth. I dream of establishing a school for underprivileged girls, offering them free education and empowering them to become self-reliant and confident.

I aspire to become the 'Tony Robbins of India,' inspiring people to unlock their potential and overcome challenges. Additionally, I am deeply committed to revolutionizing the Indian education system, ensuring it fosters creativity, emotional well-being, and holistic development.

Through every struggle and triumph, I’ve learned that no journey is without challenges. But with determination and a willingness to grow, every challenge can become a stepping stone to greatness. My journey is far from over, and I’m excited for the many milestones yet to come.
